Custom AI and business systems that complete work across the tools you already use. Connect enquiries, delivery, finance, customer service and growth. Agreed work runs within your rules; exceptions reach the right person.
The source, applicable price and update outcome are recorded.
Send the stale source and required check to its owner; update after confirmation.
Example design. Your data, rules and completion checks are agreed during diagnosis.
Choose a familiar problem. See the process, the exceptions and the decisions your team keeps.
Keep local stock, supplier prices and open orders in sync.
Check delivery access, parking and permits before preparing a quote.
Resolve failed handovers and stock mismatches, with approval where needed.
Test new rules against past orders before putting them into use.
Match completed work and returns to invoices and supplier credits.
Track missed deliveries, complaints and overdue credits until resolved.
Versioned price rules, source freshness, channel reservations and confirmed downstream actions. A repeated event does not authorise a second dispatch. Your stock system remains the record of ownership.
Connect to existing systems where their APIs and permissions allow. Rules, approvals, reconciliation and recovery are agreed before any production write. AI may extract or classify; validated business rules control consequential actions.
Confirmed access facts and approved rate cards drive calculations. Parking, permits, lift dimensions and delivery windows remain explicit requirements. An unknown condition never becomes an automatic approval.

The approved scope version follows every handoff. Cost, time and authority are checked separately. Photos and messages support a review; they do not automatically prove entitlement or authorisation.

At G3, custom systems connect commerce, customer service, staff work and growth. Explore what runs, where people decide, and how the same approach can fit a different industry.
G3 is Canvo founder George Ding’s own Melbourne business.
Review the value, agree the scope, then build and hand over. Work directly with George, with costs, authorised actions and acceptance checks agreed before work starts.
All Canvo fees shown exclude GST. Payment milestones are agreed in the proposal; third-party costs are itemised separately.
If we both agree to proceed, the A$950 is fully credited against the deployment. You can also take the diagnostic and stop there.
No mandatory Canvo subscription. Third-party running costs are separate.
Included support covers 12 months from acceptance: delivered-workflow defects, minor compatibility adjustments within existing integrations and checks of the repair. Covered repairs do not require a paid care plan. New workflows, major migrations and broader ongoing engineering are scoped separately.
Broader cross-system deployments typically range from A$9,500–18,000 ex GST. Optional proactive care and improvements start from A$490/month ex GST, with separately agreed monitoring, reviews and improvements. Software, API, model and hosting costs are itemised separately.
Payment milestones are agreed in the proposal, typically starting with a 10% deposit followed by milestone payments. Any retention amount and release conditions are stated in the proposal where applicable.
Map the process across teams, with named sources, owners, approvals and acceptance checks. Deliver in stages: prove one workflow, connect the adjacent steps, then expand to more teams or locations. Larger systems receive a separate scope and quote; the first-workflow starting price is not a whole-system price.
Fit depends on the work, not a headcount range. Canvo works with Australian businesses where repeated work, disconnected systems, missed follow-ups or owner dependence create a worthwhile problem to solve. That can be a small management team or an operation across several sites. We check volumes, access, exceptions and value first; if existing software solves it, we recommend that route.
All Canvo fees shown exclude GST: the diagnostic is A$950; a first production workflow starts at A$4,900; broader cross-system deployments typically range from A$9,500–18,000. Implementation includes 12 months of support from acceptance for delivered-workflow defects and minor compatibility changes within existing integrations. No Canvo subscription is required. Optional proactive care and improvements start from A$490/month ex GST with a defined scope; covered repairs are not charged again. New workflows and major migrations are quoted separately, as are software, API, model and hosting costs. The proposal records the covered workflows, support process and responsibilities. After 12 months, you can self-manage, use another provider or arrange further support; there is no automatic subscription, and applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
No. Connecting what you already use comes first. A replacement is only discussed when the current system genuinely cannot deliver the outcome — and the migration cost is put on the table with it.
Autonomy is agreed for each task. We define which cases can run, validate the rules and complete result, and set permissions, action limits, execution records and recovery steps. Eligible work can finish without someone approving every item. Missing information, failed checks or actions outside the agreed scope stop or go to a person.
Client-specific code, configuration, documentation and access are delivered as agreed. Reusable components may be licensed rather than transferred; the proposal explains those terms. Ending optional care does not remove your agreed deliverables or access. You can maintain the system yourself or arrange another provider, while keeping its required services funded.
At application stage you never need to send passwords, full customer lists or financial statements. In an engagement, data access follows the minimum-necessary principle, sensitive fields can be masked or processed locally, and permissions and logs are auditable. Your data stays yours.
A real workflow diagnostic means observing the work, measuring the baseline, mapping exceptions and risks, and producing an implementation-ready scope. It is not a sales call. The A$950 is fully credited if you proceed, and the diagnostic remains yours if you do not.
Yes, where the workload, hardware, model licence and maintenance responsibilities make sense. Options include your own cloud account, an on-site GPU server, or a hybrid architecture that keeps only sensitive steps local. Canvo can help select the model and inference runtime, isolate the network, configure access, logging, backups and handover—but running locally is not by itself proof of privacy or industry compliance.
No. The advantage is not the lowest price; it is a leaner delivery model. The same founder understands the operation, designs the system, builds, tests and hands it over. You pay for delivery rather than a large sales and management structure.
Yes, where it fits. We assess your existing software first, then choose n8n, native integrations or custom code to deliver the required outcome. The scope names hosting, licence costs, approvals, monitoring, failed-action recovery and maintenance responsibilities. Handover covers the agreed workflow definitions, code, operating notes and access. You do not need to choose the technology first or move platforms just to automate.
Explain who does it, which tools are involved, how often it happens and where it breaks. Do not send passwords, customer lists or financial statements.
I personally review every submission within 48 hours. If it is a fit, I will send a 20-minute workflow review link. If it is not, I will explain why and whether a simpler solution is more appropriate.
Or email me directlyThese four consoles mirror systems I built for my own business: a daily owner brief, enquiry triage, data synchronisation and venue monitoring. Below them are growth and marketing workflows I have also built. Names, messages and figures have been replaced with demo data.
This demonstration uses approval before sending. A deployed workflow can execute eligible actions automatically within agreed rules, with completion checks and escalation for exceptions.
Rules are enforced in code: missing vendor falls back to a default, price swings over 20% never auto-publish, duplicates get merged.
The same structure works for any business with physical assets: fridge temperature, printers, terminals, stock-outs, booking anomalies.
Live signals enter explicit decision logic, then become a recommendation, an approval-ready action or bounded execution. Every step leaves a receipt, so exceptions can pause, be reviewed and recover cleanly.
The detailed demos above show selected system patterns I have already built. The same signal, decision, guardrail and receipt architecture can be applied across the workflow families below. If work repeats, crosses tools, follows rules or needs reliable review, it is worth bringing to triage.
Do not see your workflow? That is exactly what triage is for.Bring the messy, repetitive or owner-dependent version. We will first decide whether it is worth automating.
Bring one real workflow →Canvo can design managed, customer-controlled or hybrid deployment around data sensitivity, performance, maintainability and budget. Architecture follows a data-flow and risk assessment—not local infrastructure for its own sake.
These systems collect evidence first, then prepare recommendations or drafts. Publishing, budget changes and customer communication remain human-approved.
Note: these interfaces and workflows show categories, structures and interactions I have built. All figures, customer details and device IDs are fabricated demo data and do not represent a real client or real trading outcome; some growth workflows still require human verification and approval. In real engagements, your data stays yours.
